Built in 1910 it has been known as the Denver Gas and Electric Building, the Public Service Building, the Insurance & Exchange Building and now again the Denver Gas & Electric Building. Since the deregulation of the telephone industry, the DG&E building has become the premier telecommunications facility in this region. Comfluent and the Denver Gas & Electric Building are located at the corner of Champa Street and 15th Street in downtown Denver. To the North is US West's central office and to the West is AT&T. All of the streets in the area are one way and finding parking can be a challenge because the Convention Center is nearby. If you can take Light Rail there are stops near the building at the 14th Street Stations. If you can get on the 16th Street Mall Bus, get off at Champa Street and walk to 15th Street.

Of Denver: Comfluent is headquartered in Denver’s carrier hotel at 910 15th Street. Carriers like Qwest, MCI, UUNet, Level 3, WilTel, ICG, and all of the local exchange carriers are tenants of the building. Our servers and colocation facility are virtually on top of multiple Internet backbones.

Of the Rocky Mountain Region: Comfluent’s location allows us to connect with virtually any carrier at any data rate. Comfluent has built and currently operates the only \"meet-me room\" in Colorado, acting as a tangible crossroads of telecommunication providers.
